4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

We strive to provide high-quality services with minimal downtime. Specific service level commitments are outlined in individual service agreements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided by GMM IT Solutions remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. Clients retain ownership of their data and any custom developments specifically paid for and agreed upon in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

GMM IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and access to services will be discontinued.

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious software or content

  • Interfere with service operation

11. Governing Law
